طرق الاستخدام

يمكن تناوله كما هو، أو إضافته للماء حسب رغبتك. وللاستخدام كغسول فم، يمكن استعماله مركزًا أو تخفيفه بالماء وفق الإرشادات.

You can take it as-is or mix into water. For mouthwash use, it can be used full strength or diluted per directions.

طريقة الاستخدام (Suggested Use)

تعليمات استخدام متداولة: للبالغين ومن عمر 12+ تناول 2 ملعقة كبيرة مرة أو مرتين يوميًا. إذا لم يتم التحكم في الرائحة يمكن أخذ جرعة إضافية، لكن لا تتجاوز 6 ملاعق كبيرة يوميًا، واستخدم أقل جرعة فعالة.

Common directions: adults and children 12+ take 2 tablespoons once or twice daily. If odor is not controlled, an additional dose may be taken, but do not exceed 6 tablespoons per day; use the smallest effective dose.

تحذيرات

قلّل الجرعة إذا حدثت تقلصات/إسهال، وأوقف الاستخدام إذا استمرت الأعراض. استشر الطبيب إذا كنتِ حامل/مرضع أو تتناول أدوية أو لديك حالة طبية.

Reduce the dose if cramps/diarrhea occur and discontinue if symptoms persist. Consult a clinician if pregnant/nursing, taking medications, or managing a condition.
